Neyti

Why Neyti exists

Back to the front page
A system for club life

When 32 participants became 128, the old methods stopped working.

Neyti began with a concrete problem in our own club: sign-ups, payments and participant lists had become too hard to handle by hand.

We built a system that solved the problem. Now we are building further - for clubs where activities, payments, volunteers, sales and members have to hang together.

Less administration. More club.

One overview

One activity. One overview.

Sign-ups, payments and participants collected in one place - so you do not have to gather the information afterwards from messages, spreadsheets and different lists.

How it hangs together today

  • Activities with rounds, add-ons and a waiting list
  • Online sign-up and payment - and manual sign-up for those who cannot do it themselves
  • Till, kitchen display and error log, so sales and practicalities stay with the event
  • Double-entry bookkeeping, so the books can be followed from voucher to account
For those who run the club

But it must also be simple for the people you invite.

A good club system must do more than make the work easier behind the scenes. The member, the guest or the participant must also be able to understand it without a manual.

That is why administration and sign-up belong together - but the experience is adapted to the person using it.

  • Sign-up without an account for guests
  • Payment with a receipt and a QR code
  • One place to see your sign-ups
The real problem

A sign-up is not just a row in a spreadsheet.

When a person signs up for an activity, it often sets off a whole chain of practical tasks. Neyti tries to hold them together, so the club does not have to do it by hand.

Sign-up Who is coming - and is there still room?
Payment Who has paid, and what is still missing?
Practicalities Food, goods, tasks and other things may need planning.
Attendance Who actually showed up?
Economy What did the activity cost, and what came in?
Other systems Do the participants need to move on to a system you already use?
Where it started

From Dartportal to Neyti

The concrete problem

Dartportal

We built Dartportal because 128 sign-ups by text message simply became too much.

  • Sign-ups
  • Payments
  • Participant management
  • Prize and kitchen lists

It solved the urgent task - and gave us experience with what actually makes a difference in everyday life.

Direct benefit

Built for everyday life in clubs

Not to change who you are - but to make it easier to run what you already do.

Sign-up and payment

One flow for the member and one overview for the organiser. Add-ons, payment and waiting list can follow the sign-up.

Participants and attendance

See who signed up, paid and showed up - without searching messages and different lists.

Volunteer tasks

Make tasks visible and let members sign up, so it becomes easier to get help in place.

Operations and sales

Sales, coffee, food and other purchases can be tied to the activity they belong to.

Communication

Keep the information close to the club, instead of letting it disappear among messages and social media.

Use what already works

Neyti does not have to be the system that runs the activity itself. Participants must be able to move on.

Not another closed system

Use the tools you already know.

Neyti does not have to run the tournament, the bingo night or whatever activity you do. If another system does it better, Neyti must make it easy to send the participants on.

The first integrations come when the need has been documented in real clubs.

Built in reality

We are not looking for anyone who simply likes the idea.

Neyti is still under development. That is why it has to be tried in real clubs, with real people and real problems.

We would rather find out where Neyti is wrong than collect confirmations that we are right.

If a feature only makes sense to us, it does not have to be included. If a bingo club, a darts club or a completely different club has a problem we had not thought of, that is exactly the feedback we need.

Less administration. More club.

Test club

Would you like to help try Neyti out?

We are looking for clubs that want to use Neyti for real and tell us what works, what is awkward and what we forgot.

You do not need to be sure that Neyti is right for you. It is actually better if you are critical.
